Retirement and Life Membership

Congratulations and thank you for your commitment to Unitarian Universalism. The process to move from Regular Membership in the UUMA to Retired or Life is to complete the UUA Intent to Retire form, click here to be taken to that site.

There are two categories of UUMA membership for those in retirement.

1) You qualify for the Regular-Retired membership category if you will be earning income during the next five years while in retirement (such as, interim ministry). To take advantage of this category: Update your profile status to “Regular-Retired,”update your salary and housing and select Regular-Retired when you renew your membership.

2)  You may qualify for Life Membership if you do not plan to earn income in retirement during the next five years and you have been a UUMA member in good standing for at least  five years. To be considered for Life Membership select “MFC Retirement – Life Member Upgrade” when you renew your membership, or send an email to francoisaacs@uuma.org

Dues are waived for life members, but we welcome annual donations as members are willing and able. You will be prompted with a donation link  after you renew or you can make a donation via this link.
