Let us as an Association affirm the need for Black musicians and other religious professionals to claim space for ‘spiritual and emotional care’... ‘without fear of retaliation or consequence.’ As Unitarian Universalist ministers, we know the importance of people having the freedom and agency to do what is right. To support this freedom and agency, it is so important to have covenantal frameworks of trust and accountability between religious professionals.
