The UUMA is excited to announce that we will be hiring a half time Program Assistant. A job description for the position is available below. The deadline to apply has been extended to May 11, 2018 and the position will begin on July 1. We anticipate, after a review of applications, we will hold interviews via Zoom Web Conferencing the week of May 14. To apply please send a cover letter, resume, and three references to

The UUMA seeks to be as transparent as possible in the process of hiring and have drawn on the recommendations of both the UUA’s 2017 Interim Hiring Report and the 2018 report of the Commission on Institutional Change. To this end we have intentionally chosen members of the hiring committee giving thought to their position and role. In addition, we look forward to revisiting and publishing our hiring policies this spring.

We share the goal of dismantling oppression within our faith community and the commitment to a "robust 'equal opportunity'" approach to hiring. We hope you will help us share news of our open positions, especially with people whose identities are marginalized in our society.
