he primary purpose is to reconnect with and renew our relationships with one another ~ especially given the diversity of our ministries and our places in our journey.

Program: "What Can the Central East Region Do For You?""
Now that we’ve regionalized, the UUA is officially delivering services to our congregations within a new structure. We’ve been talking about regionalization for awhile. It may feel like an old conversation, but we’re still unpacking what it means for our individual congregations and our larger movement. What have we learned about the future of religious community that has brought us here? What’s next? How does this affect your ministry? And, by the way, what can we do for you to make your ministries easier and more fulfilling? How can parish and community ministers collaborate within this model? What are your questions?

Rev. Megan Foley serves as the Regional Lead for the Central East Region. Before joining regional staff she served for six years as the minister of the Sugarloaf Congregation of Unitarian Universalists in Germantown, Maryland. Megan holds an M. Div. from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C..
Rev. Scott Tayler is Director of Congregational Life, overseeing our Regional and District field staff, whose mission is to cultivate connections between congregations, inspire and coach innovative models of “doing church”, and empower existing congregations and their leaders to the next level of impact. In short, our Congregational Life Teams serve "Interconnection, Innovation and Impact."
