|Institute 2015 Menus|
Below you will find the menus we currently have available (Thurs and Fri menus will be posted as available)
How meals work at Asilomar: You need a meal ticket to enter Crocker Dinning Hall. If you are staying onsite your tickets will be given to you when you register for your room. If you are staying off-site your meal tickets can be picked up with your program registration. Please do not lose your meal ticket! Asilomar suggests putting it in the back portion of your name tag.
Once you find your seat you will enter the food line. I understand that you will show your ticket (which is coded Reg/Veg, Meat-Based, Vegan and has a sticker with food allergies) and be given your meal. If there is a portion of the meal you do not like (no peas please!) you may ask to skip that portion. Every day at lunch there will be family style Veggie-based soup available on the tables. At dinner there is a family style make your own salad.
As at most UUMA events we will have some volunteers who will be available to navigate the dining hall if you need an extra hand. They will be wearing special nametags – if you need help please ask!
If you have concerns or find a meal where there is not sufficient food for you, please contact Janette and she and the staff will do their best to address it.
Please note: We do our best to ensure that UUMA Events are nut-free please do not bring food into the event which may contain nuts — a number of our members are severely allergic.
