UUMA Vision Statement: Collegiality
The UUMA promotes multiple models of collegiality, gathering in covenant to meet both the shared and unique needs of our diverse ministries (including retired, community, candidate, consulting, interim and parish). Shaped by a culture of vulnerability, intimacy, trust and accountability to one another, we embrace leadership and mutual learning and model excellence in ministry through collegiality.
Collegial Development Team Charge:
The Collegial Development Team is envisioned to operate as a programmatic team of the UUMA. The UUMA Executive Director will convene and lead the team. The team is charged with advising, collaborating and assisting in the development of strategies, programs and best practices for strengthening collegial development throughout the UUMA. The team will work with other UUMA leaders as needed including local chapter, cluster and regional leaders.
