are excited to announce the formation of the new UUMA Collegial Development
Committee. The committee is charged with "advising, collaborating
and assisting (the Executive Director) in the development of strategies,
programs and best practices for strengthening collegial development throughout
the UUMA." The committee will work with other UUMA leaders, as
needed, including local chapter and cluster leaders. The committee is
comprised of colleagues throughout the five UUA regions and Canada and is rich
mix of experience and ministries. The committee will have its first
meeting in early June. Members of the committee are: Sarah
Moldenhauer-Salazar, Deborah Raible, Brian Kiely, Ashley Horan, Claire Feingold
Thoryn, Marni Harmony and Tricia Hart (incoming At Large UUMA Board member).
Don Southworth and Allison Palm will staff the committee.
