Members of the Mass Bay District UUMA Chapter are extending an invitation to members of the Clara Barton Chapter to participate in a "Who Are Our Neighbors” program.  

The dates are Wednesday, October 9 and Thursday, October 10.  We will start at 10:00 am on the 9th and finish at 4:00 pm on the 10th. 

This event will be held at Rolling Ridge Conference Center at 660 Great Pond Road in North Andover, Massachusetts.

"Who Are Our Neighbors” is a program that explores the dynamics of living in a multicultural society.  This conversation empowers us to develop our intercultural competencies.  Our capacity for successful multicultural ministries and strong intercultural relations in collegial community is critical for the fulfillment of our visions for the UUMA, for Unitarian Universalism, and for our world. The Rev. Rob Keithan and the Rev. Parisa Parsa, two members of UUMA who have been trained by the organization One Ummah Consulting, will be leading the training programs.This program is being offered in UUMA chapters across the country.

Those invited to this particular event are members UUMA chapters in the Mass Bay District and the Connecticut Valley District, and seminary students at Andover Newton, Boston University, and Harvard.

The cost is $125 for a single room with four meals.  There are 9 singles available.The cost is $115 for a double room with four meals. There are 16 double rooms.
