Step 1: Click on the above "Register for this event" link to for your room Please note that even though this says event you are only registering for housing. (the term 'event' is a default word - you are registering for housing only.) You must register for the program separately. To register for the 2013 Institute visit: http://www.uuma.org/event/institute
Step 2: Select the number of people registering. i.e. How many people will be staying in the room (there is no additional charge for additional guests). Further directions will then be provided. If you need assistance please contact Janette in the UUMA office at 617-848-0498.
When you book and pay for your hotel room through the UUMA website you will be added to the master bill and will not be responsible for Florida sales taxes (12%). A small fee has been added to the cost of the room to help absorb administrative costs. You may also book your room through the Sirata and pay upon departure, however you will be charged the appropriate Florida sales taxes.
For the 2013 Institute you are responsible for arranging your own roommate situation. Please make your arrangements before booking your hotel room (you do not have to book your room on the same day you register for the program). Looking to connect with a roommate? Arrival, Departure and Schedule:
begins with an opening reception at 5PM (EST) on Monday, January 28 and
closes with lunch (12-1) on Friday, February 1, 2013. Below is a sample
daily schedule. There will be free time each day and a more
comprehensive daily schedule will be posted in December 2012.
