Since 1974 Unitarian Universalist Ministers has been gathering for friendship, for spiritual nourishment, for intellectual exploration, and for escape. The gatherings have taken place in The Poconos (1974), Newport, RI (1980), Well Springs, Bethesda, Maryland (1983), Hot Springs, Arkansas (1995) and Birmingham, Alabama (2002).

The CONVO committee is now accepting prepayments, covering all breakfasts, lunches and one banquet dinner. This does not include hotel or travel costs. The payments are spread over three fiscal years, between Oct. 1, 2007 and Sept. 1, 2009. Checks or credit cards are accepted.

Early Bird registration rate is $550 until October 1, 2008.

Registration Fee Schedule:

· Early Bird Registration: October 1, 2007 — October 1, 2008 ($550)

· Regular Registration: January 1, 2009 — June 30, 2009 ($580)

· Late Registration: July 1, 2009 — October 1, 2009 ($610)

· There will be no on site registrations accepted.

Early Bird Payment Plan:

· First Payment: $150 anytime before June 30, 2008 (when form is received)

· Second Payment: $200 by Oct. 1, 2008

· Final payment: $200 on Sept. 1, 2009

Financial woes? Part time minister? Community minister? Apply for an educational grant from Jory Agate, Ministerial Development Director at the UUA (jagate @ uua.org), before June 30, 2008 and have it applied directly to your registration costs in the early bird prepayment plan. Apply for a second grant again after July 1, 2008.

Refund worries? Refunds are made within 30 days of request, minus a $25 administration cost through Sept. 1, 2009. After Sept. 1, 2009 partial refunds are made determined by the anxiety level of the registrar, or 50% depending on which is higher.
