Over the weekend I was able to format and post forms for Chapters to request their annual $400 subsidy. To qualify for the subsidy a chapter must confirm that their Chapter Leadership is correct on their group page (and report any updates) and see that their yearly retreat dates are posted on the UUMA Calendar. Contact your Chapter Web Administrator or the UUMA Administrator for directions on how to do this. Once all your information is correct just let us know where to send the check by sending an email or completing the form found at: https://uuma.site-ym.com/?ChapterSubsidy
I also transferred the GOP Nomination form. Under the menu system this can be found under Resources: Resource Library: GOP Resources: GOP Nomination Form or directly by following this link: https://uuma.site-ym.com/?page=GOPNominations
Links to both forms have also been added to the Chapter Leader Group Webpage (visible only to Chapter Leaders).
