Membership in the UUMA is open to those in ministerial fellowship with the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations (UUA) and those in candidate status with the UUA's Ministerial Fellowship Committee.

To apply as a member: Fill out a membership application with the proper category selected and mail or fax to the UUMA office along with the correct membership dues. You may also submit your application online - see link below. Your application will be forwarded to the UUMA Executive Committee for their consideration at their next meeting.
